Eddy Walsh has been a fireman for the last 15 years. Being a firefighter is no doubt a physically demanding job. So much so that it took a toll on his health.
He developed a swollen leg but brushed it off thinking it wouldn’t affect his work.
The fire department received a call reporting a house fire. The team arrived at the scene to find the home fully engulfed in flames. That’s when Eddy and another firefighter rushed in to rescue the victims.
However, Eddy struggled to pick up his speed… feeling as though one side of his leg was heavier than the other.
Meanwhile, his teammate already made it out. Suddenly, the fire got bigger causing the ceiling and walls to collapse. Eddy and the kid he was trying to save was TRAPPED inside.
With no other choice, his teammate bolted in just to rescue them. Thankfully, they all made it out alive but the kid had to be rushed to the emergency room having suffered second-degree burns and smoke inhalation.
He could no longer keep this to himself. His swollen leg was affecting his job and his team deserved to know.
“My swollen leg was the reason for the hold-up.”
“The pain was so severe that I couldn’t even save the kid in time.”
“This is all my fault… I’ve let the team down.”
– Eddy
The fire chief was furious hearing about the incident.
“You should’ve been honest about having this condition.”
“You’ve not only put your life in danger but two others as well.”
“As a firefighter, time is of the essence.”
“Your actions were in direct violation of standard operating procedures.”
“We have to move you to the backend.”
– Fire Chief
Eddy now had to live with the guilt that came with his actions. But knowing deep down that saving lives was his calling, he was determined to be on the frontline again.
So he searched high and low for a cure. Everything from drain massages to compression stockings and medications.
But NOTHING worked!
The swelling became even worse that he had to rely on a walking stick.
Dejected, he finally had to accept the fact that his firefighting career might have to come to an early end.
Meanwhile, the guilt of not saving the kid was still eating him alive so he visited her and her family to deliver a heartfelt apology.
Her parents were still grateful that he at least tried to save their daughter. Only then they noticed that his leg condition was the reason for the disaster.
That’s when the child’s parents sympathized with him and insisted on introducing him to their friend, Dr. Cruz, who happened to be one of the best lymphologist in town.
Dr. Cruz explained:
“The swelling in your leg is caused by a build-up of excess fluid in your tissues. This happens because of damaged lymph nodes, a result of either burns or infections which are very common in your line of work.”
“When lymph nodes stop working properly, it causes a blockage in your lymphatic system. This prevents lymph fluid from draining out which leads to swelling. The only way for the swelling to subside is to drain the toxins out completely.”
“Rejuveo™ is an ongoing clinical trial by my team and I. It contains a special blend of natural ingredients such as ginger extract, bamboo vinegar and conchiolin powder which dates back centuries for their powerful healing properties.”
“They penetrate deep into the tissue layers allowing for absorption of its beneficial compounds by the body’s system. This helps to flush out extra fluid and toxins from the body while stimulating the circulation in the tissues to keep fluid levels in check.”
“Just stick it on the sole of your feet for 8 to 10 hours. The darker the patch is, the more toxins have been pulled out from your body.”
– Dr. Cruz
Eddy doubted its possibilities but tried it anyway. And what he experienced next was nothing short of amazing.
By the next day, he felt a wave of relief in his leg. In 1 week, the swelling went down significantly. In less than a month, he was able to walk effortlessly.
Eddy’s leg was stronger than ever. He eventually proved himself worthy of being on the frontline again.
Over the next few months, he went on to perform outstandingly… going above and beyond the call of duty to put others life before himself. Thus, he was honored the Medal of Valor for his act of bravery and heroism.
“I’m so thankful that I get to live everyday doing what I love.”
“I’ll continue to serve my country for years to come.”
“Because there’s nothing more rewarding than saving a life.”
– Eddy
