How To Use

1. Point the device directly at your pet. Always use an outstretched arm from a distance of approximately 6 feet away.
2. Press the button and immediately give a verbal command like “stop”, “quiet”, and so on.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the dog responds to your commands.
4. Whenever your pet stops misbehaving or performs commands, you may praise or reward them.

Training Advice

1. For best results, always use Woofe^TM with a verbal command. Do ensure your command is given first to get your pet’s attention.
2. Upon first use, you should closely monitor your pet’s reaction to it. You should be inside a protected area. The protected area should not be a cage, crate or kennel.
3. Each pet may react differently to the device. Reactions vary from a dip of the head to shaking the head and whining.
4. In the event of an extreme reaction or aggression, wait until your pet is calm before approaching it.
5. It is important for the training process to be interactive. Once you use the device on your pet and the unwanted behavior has stopped, do reward it with a treat or praise.
6. If your pet shows no response, it is because it doesn't yet understand the meaning of sound waves. The training should be repeated 5-6 times, lasting up to a few weeks for results to be evident.
7. Woofe^TM isn’t effective on pets that are hearing impaired.
